Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between King Hippo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Davison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davison comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Indestructible kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Chris Davison has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, King Hippo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Chris Davison!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Matheus Silva and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hippo connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Davison's hands.
It looks like Chris Davison has been cut.
Davison throws a hook but Hippo avoids it easily.
Davison moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Hippo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Davison shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hippo pinned against the cage. Hippo gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Hippo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Davison moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Davison on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Hippo connects with a body shot.
Davison looks gassed!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hippo lands a nice shot that snaps Davison's head back.
Hippo digs a good body shot into Davison's ribs.
Hippo connects with a nice looking jab.
Hippo takes a swing at Davison's ribcage but misses.
A combination from Hippo does no damage.
Hippo lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Davison backs up against the cage.
That has opened up Chris Davison's cut even more.
Hippo sends Davison crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Hippo is motioning to the referee to let Davison up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Davison is rocked!
Hippo misses with a two punch combination.
Davison is still on wobbly legs! Can Hippo finish him?
Hippo throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Davison counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Hippo's guard now.
Davison seems to have recovered his senses.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hippo wants to stand but Davison is controlling the position.
Davison works over Hippo with some ground and pound from guard.

Hippo wriggles free and stands up.
A looping hook to the body misses from Hippo. Davison does a little dance to reset his feet.
Hippo looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Hippo is looking to wear down Davison with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Hippo fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Davison looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Hippo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Hippo thuds his right hand into Davison's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
The cut above Chris Davison's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Davison throws a predictable looking body shot
and Hippo counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Davison showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Hippo.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Davison on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Chris Davison's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hippo swings away with a body shot that misses
and Davison counters with a straight right hand.
Davison has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Chris Davison's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). King Hippo!
