The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Tarja Halkonen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Avas looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Avas wants to clinch.
Avas lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Coronel Avas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Avas swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Bainite drops back looking for a leg! Avas is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Avas manages to kick Bainite off! Bainite jumps back into Avas's guard.
Avas wants to stand up but Bainite is controlling him.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Bainite shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Bainite is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Bainite seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Avas is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
