Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shane Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Critical Damage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Critical Damage has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Shane Brown! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Critical Damage! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Tarja Halkonen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Damage shoots for a double leg takedown but Brown sprawls well. He's pushed Damage's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Brown takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Damage throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Damage shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Damage wants to take a breather but Brown is having none of it. Damage stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Damage tries to keep at a distance but Brown has taken the fight into the clinch. Brown breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Brown gets in close and instigates a clinch. Brown slows down the pace here.
Brown with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Damage avoids the elbow strike from Brown, against the cage.
Brown goes for a takedown attempt but Damage pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Brown doesn't manage to clinch there - Damage circles away.
Brown clinches up with Damage and pushes him back against the cage. Brown gets through Damage's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Damage wants a takedown but no success here.
Brown gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Damage.
Shane Brown has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Critical Damage. Brown wants to break the clinch but can't.
Damage has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Brown avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Damage fails to pull guard.
Damage looking for a takedown. Brown wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Brown is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Both guys are working to get underhooks.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brown gets underhooks to prevent Damage's takedown attempt.
Brown's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Damage will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Damage works over Brown's head and body with a nice combination. Brown is breathing heavily. Damage fails to land the takedown. Brown is looking to clinch. Brown tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Damage is able to avoid easily. Brown fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Damage, pushing him back against the cage. Brown lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Damage's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. The fighters circle momentarily. Damage darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Damage bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Damage content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. An elbow from Damage crashes against the mat.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Damage is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Brown knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Damage stands up and we're back to a striking position. Damage shoots for a double leg takedown but Brown sprawls well. He's pushed Damage's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Damage swats away the attempt to clinch by Brown.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Damage looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Brown is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Damage dives into side control.
Damage wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Brown, who protects the arm well. A lull in the action here as Damage stalls from top position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Brown tries to get back to half guard but can't. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Critical Damage dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Damage dips to his left and cracks Brown with an uppercut! Critical Damage seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Brown stuffs the takedown attempt from Damage. Damage gets slowly back to his feet. Damage misses with a body shot.
Damage shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Brown takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Brown moves into the clinch successfully.
Damage escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Damage shoots in and drives through. Brown sprawls well. Shane Brown has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Critical Damage. Damage shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Brown napping and manages to drive through into side control! Brown parries the strikes from Damage easily there. Damage is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Brown to escape.
Damage wants to control but Brown is keeping him busy. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brown takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Damage working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Damage working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. A lull in the action here. Brown on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Brown tries to get out of the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Damage is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Brown has escaped the position, nice work there. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Damage wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Brown, who protects the arm well. Damage is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Brown is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Damage is trying to get an arm triangle but Brown is defending well. Damage advances to full mount. Damage has control of Brown's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Brown regains control of the situation pretty easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Damage with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Damage working for a submission but Brown is keeping him at bay. Damage looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Critical Damage showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
No joy there for Damage, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Damage shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Brown darts in and clinches Damage up against the cage. Brown tries to pull guard but Damage won't allow it.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Brown throws a knee to the head but misses.
Damage has Brown pressed against the cage, preventing Brown from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Brown wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Damage has him pressed against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Brown misses with a knee strike.
Brown gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Damage.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Damage drags the fight down to the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Damage bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Brown's guard. Damage wants to pass the guard but Brown is keeping the position. Damage controls from within his opponent's guard. Critical Damage has got the better of the ground game so far. Damage looking to pass the guard. Brown keeping moving, preventing Damage from controlling successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Damage postures up in Brown's guard and throws a big left but Brown blocks it. Damage passes into half guard. Damage is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Damage lands strikes from half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Damage throwing shots but Brown is blocking nicely. Damage is trying to work for a kimura but Brown is defending well.
Damage takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Let's hope that Damage has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Damage seems to be working for a kimura but Brown defends the submission attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Damage is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Brown doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Damage. Brown is looking to escape.
And that's the end of the fight! Critical Damage comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Damage winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
