Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Shane Leksell! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Peterson connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Leksell is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Peterson misses with a jab, cross combination.
Peterson tries to clinch up. Drew Peterson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Peterson jabbing away but nothing is landing. Peterson looks to land a right hand but Leksell moved out of range. Peterson throws an overhand right that lands on Leksell's shoulder, as Leksell tries to avoid the shot. Peterson looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Peterson throws a right and a left that both miss. Donk. Peterson catches Leksell right on the button with a cross. A punch combination from Peterson misses. Peterson throws a jab when Leksell was well out of range. Peterson misses with an uppercut. Leksell saw that one coming. Leksell moves away from the strike by Peterson. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Peterson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Leksell pinned against the cage. Leksell gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Peterson misses with a series of wild punches.

That's one minute gone in the round. Peterson scores with a decent looking hook. Leksell shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Peterson is rocked! Peterson looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! Oh Peterson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Peterson tries to escape the position.
Leksell is working for the choke. It looks like he might have got it... has he...? Yes! Peterson is tapping out! This one is all over!
