Armstrong has chosen Drowning Pool - Bodies (Let The Bodies Hit The Floor) as his entrance music. John D Armstrong looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John D Armstrong!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Armstrong moves into the clinch.
Armstrong looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Bell goes for a takedown attempt but Armstrong pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Bell instigates a clinch.
Armstrong blocks an uppercut.
Bell is trying to drag Armstrong to the mat but Armstrong just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Bell jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Armstrong walks away with a smile on his face. Bell gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Carl Bell. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bell bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Bell trying to control the position but Armstrong is working away.
Bell prevents Armstrong from escaping the position.
Bell is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Armstrong is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Armstrong is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Bell's leg. Oh but that's left an opportunity for Bell! He's got an arm triangle... it looks tight! He's rotating and Armstrong has tapped! This one is allllll over!
