Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jeremy Crushing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fedor Emalianenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fedor Emalianenko is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jeremy Crushing! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Fedor Emalianenko! The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Illya Tyunina and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crushing throws a right hand that Emalianenko ducks under and follows up with a left that Emalianenko also avoids with ease. Emalianenko throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Emalianenko closes the distance and clinches. Both guys are working to get underhooks. Crushing landing knees to the head.
Emalianenko escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Emalianenko drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Crushing gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Crushing has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Emalianenko avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Crushing is breathing heavily. Emalianenko tries to pull guard but Crushing holds him up against the cage and eventually Emalianenko drops back down to his feet.
Emalianenko digs a right hand into Crushing's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Crushing's gas tank. Crushing with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Emalianenko breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Emalianenko fails with the takedown. Jeremy Crushing has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fedor Emalianenko. Emalianenko gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Emalianenko tightens his grip and picks Crushing up, before dumping him to the ground. Crushing manages to land in guard. Emalianenko stops Crushing from standing up.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Crushing is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Emalianenko asserts his dominance and retains side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Emalianenko works to advance to full mount. Crushing defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Crushing is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Crushing could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Emalianenko landing shots from mount. Emalianenko trying to control but he's not successful this time. Emalianenko fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Emalianenko raining down shots from the mount! Emalianenko with the ground and pound from mount. A nice elbow there by Emalianenko. Emalianenko controlling from the full mount. Emalianenko lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Emalianenko pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Emalianenko has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Emalianenko lands a nice shot to the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Crushing tries to get back to half guard but can't. Crushing is working hard here to advance position. Emalianenko trying to control but Crushing is having none of it. Emalianenko sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Emalianenko connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Fedor Emalianenko dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Emalianenko thows a body kick. Crushing tries to catch it but that hurt him. Emalianenko gets a clinch. Emalianenko gets control of Crushing's arms and successfully pulls guard. Emalianenko will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Emalianenko is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Crushing will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Let's hope that Emalianenko has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Despite being in the dominant position, Fedor Emalianenko just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Emalianenko shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Crushing napping and manages to drive through into side control! Emalianenko lands an elbow. Emalianenko wants to control but Crushing is keeping him busy. Emalianenko decides to stand back up. Emalianenko steps back and let's Crushing get back to his feet. Jab, jab by Emalianenko - just one landing. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Emalianenko displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.

and Emalianenko counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Crushing's guard now. Crushing looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Emalianenko passes into half guard. Crushing wants to get back to full guard. Crushing regains full guard. Nicely done. Crushing pushes Emalianenko off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. A punch combination from Crushing misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Crushing rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Emalianenko moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Crushing scores with a three punch combo!
Emalianenko shoots in and bounces Crushing off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Crushing is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Emalianenko works a leg free and moves into half guard. Crushing kicks off Emalianenko and gets to his feet. Emalianenko throws a head kick that misses. Emalianenko moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Crushing tries to close the distance and clinch up but Emalianenko swats him away and circles back towards the center.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Crushing is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Emalianenko. Emalianenko misses with a takedown attempt - Crushing sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Crushing lands with a cross. Emalianenko keeps the fight on the outside. Emalianenko lets loose with a powerful body kick. Crushing will feel that in the morning. Emalianenko scores with a shot to the body.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. The fight moves into the clinch position. Emalianenko effectively controlling the action here. Crushing misses with a short punch on the inside. Emalianenko is looking to break free of the clinch but Crushing has double underhooks. A battle for position here, against the cage. Emalianenko is trying to force a seperation but Crushing has the dominant position. Emalianenko tries to pull guard but Crushing won't allow it.
Crushing works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Emalianenko has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Emalianenko is on top in guard.

Fedor Emalianenko showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Nope, Crushing circles away and we're back to standing. Emalianenko changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Crushing looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Crushing tries to escape but Emalianenko is in control. Crushing tries to improve position but can't. Crushing sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Crushing tries to roll over but Emalianenko keeps him under control. Crushing is trying to get back to his feet but Emalianenko has full control of the position and if anything, Crushing has just worked his way into a worse spot. Crushing is trying to break free.

Emalianenko is working the ground and pound. Can Crushing escape? Crushing is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Crushing turns into Emalianenko and is now in his guard.
Emalianenko manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Crushing manages to get himself to full guard.
Crushing is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Crushing is stalling here.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Emalianenko tries to score a body lock takedown but Crushing shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Emalianenko fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Emalianenko jumps guard but Crushing stands there with Emalianenko around his waist. Emalianenko gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Crushing shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Emalianenko wants to stand and escape but Crushing is having none of it. Crushing stands and throws Emalianenko's legs to the side, diving into side control. Emalianenko is looking for a sweep.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Fedor Emalianenko. Well Emalianenko has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
