The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jessup shoots in but austin avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Jessup lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as austin backs up against the cage.
It looks like jonas austin has been cut.
Nice uppercut there from Jessup.
austin keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Jessup.
austin misses with a double jab
and Jessup cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
austin just misses with a punch to the body.
Jessup slips a straight right by austin.
Jessup scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Jessup wants to control but austin is keeping him busy.
Jessup is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for austin!

Jessup is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. austin is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. austin flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Jessup anticipates the leg and manages to get behind austin and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Jessup slips an arm under austin chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Jessup has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Jessup is squeezing on austin like an anaconda would it's prey. austin fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
