Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between David Eng (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Schillaci (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Eng comes to the cage accompanied by Requiem for a dream. David Schillaci acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, David Eng! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, David Schillaci! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oooh a lovely combination from Schillaci sends Eng down but not out. Schillaci dives into side control looking to finish.
Eng is rocked!
It looks like David Eng has been cut. Schillaci decides to stand up, so the ref orders Eng to his feet. Oh Eng is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! No luck for Eng with that takedown attempt. Schillaci throws a nice looking combination but Eng bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. The fight moves into the clinch position. Schillaci breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Eng seems to have got his legs back now. Eng misses with the combination.

Schillaci tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Eng paws at him with a jab and circles away. Eng changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Schillaci looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Schillaci is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Eng asserts his dominance and retains side control. Eng landing a few strikes. Schillaci wants to get back to his feet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Eng cracks Schillaci with a big right hand but Schillaci just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Schillaci takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Schillaci is pushing Eng's head away, looking to escape. Eng manages to hold on to the position though. Eng working the ground and pound from side control. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Schillaci is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

Schillaci lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Eng circles away quickly and effectively. Schillaci works over Eng's head and body with a nice combination. Eng scores with the left hand. Schillaci knows he should have avoided that one. Eng drives through with a takedown into guard. This has been an exciting period of action! The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Eng accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Schillaci throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
