Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Donatello Bradman and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paine clinches with his opponent.
Paine decides to pull guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as fool accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

fool keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Paine's head.

fool shoots in for a double leg but Paine sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Paine will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Paine connects with a nice short shot to fool's temple.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Paine shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Paine was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

BOOM! Paine connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Paine lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
