Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Richie Yang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Strong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Steve Erwin and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strong instigates a clinch.
Strong tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Yang's elbow.
Strong misses with a short punch on the inside.
Yang tries to pull guard but Strong won't allow it.
Strong throws a punch but it's blocked by Yang.
Strong taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Strong swings wildly with an uppercut but Yang uses good head movement to avoid it.
Strong misses with a body punch.
Strong working aggressively here.
Strong tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Yang's elbow.
Strong works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Strong swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Strong fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Yang has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Strong is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Strong throws a punch but it's blocked by Yang.
Yang tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Strong smiles and moves away.

Strong tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

and Yang counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Strong is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Yang is controlling him.
Yang thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Strong wants to stand and escape but Yang is having none of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Yang is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Strong looking to hit a scissor sweep but Yang is one step ahead there.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Strong connects with a single shot there.

Strong closes the distance looking to clinch
and Yang counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Yang.
Yang prevents Strong from breaking the clinch.
Strong swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Strong tries to break the clinch but Yang is controlling the position.
Strong lands a left hand.
Strong is trying to force a seperation but Yang has the dominant position.
Yang keeps control of Strong as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Strong can't break the clinch.
Yang blocks an uppercut.
Strong looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Yang jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Strong walks away with a smile on his face. Yang gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Yang looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Strong bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Yang's head backwards.
Strong closes the distance but Yang moves to the side
and Yang counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Yang jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Strong walks away with a smile on his face. Yang gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Strong looks to clinch
so Yang counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Yang thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Yang wants to control from the top but Strong keeps moving.
Yang drops back looking for a leg! Strong is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Strong manages to kick Yang off! Yang jumps back into Strong's guard.
Strong is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Richie Yang dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Strong tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Yang moves into the clinch.
A short right from Strong.
Strong breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Strong tries to close the distance and clinch up but Yang swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Strong moves in looking to clinch but Yang pushes him off.
Strong tries to clinch but Yang is having none of it.

Yang fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Strong sprawls well initially but Yang persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Strong has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Yang is working away from the top position though.
Yang prevents Strong from improving his position.
Yang seems to be looking for submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Yang passes to side control.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Strong tries to escape but Yang is in control.
Yang is working to tighten is grip on Strong's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Strong has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Yang is really squeezing tight and eventually Strong passes out! Yang breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
