Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Grayson Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samuan Prasoetram (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, All That Remains - Focus Shall Not Fail. Prasoetram has chosen The Way I Feel as his entrance music. Samuan Prasoetram has the better chin. Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Grayson Davis! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Samuan Prasoetram! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Trevor Gratis and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Davis throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Prasoetram's waist but Prasoetram gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Davis off to one side. Prasoetram tries to clinch up. Prasoetram tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Prasoetram closes the distance and pushes Davis back into the cage. Prasoetram gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
It looks like Grayson Davis has been cut. Prasoetram gets control of Davis's arms and successfully pulls guard. Prasoetram will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Prasoetram pushes off an throws an elbow but Davis leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Prasoetram lands a nice uppercut.
