Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Robert Nolan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Monk Gorfne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Nolan might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Ice Cream Paint Job-Lil Wayne. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gorfne doesn't manage to clinch there - Nolan circles away.
Monk Gorfne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nolan avoids a punch combination nicely.
Nolan fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Gorfne avoids it really well and circles away.
Nolan closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Nolan gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Nolan apologises and we restart here on the feet.

Nolan drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Nolan seems to have locked his on tight now - Gorfne screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Nolan, as he picks up the win!
