Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between d y (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nova krte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
y avoids the head kick by krte.

y decides to stand up, so the ref orders krte to his feet.
y changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. krte looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

y stands up and beckons krte to his feet.

y shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
krte really wants to buck y off and get back to his feet.

y dives in and grabs krte's left leg, looking for a takedown. krte pushes down on y's head and hops out.

y jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as krte walks away with a smile on his face. y gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

y shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. krte manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

krte connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
y shoots for a double leg takedown but krte sprawls well. He's pushed y's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

krte throws a sloppy head kick and y moves out of range easily.
krte throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
krte misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
krte lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
