Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bin Laden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Price (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Price has chosen O Fortuna by Carl Orff as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bin Laden! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Alex Price! The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Jonathan Paton and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Laden feints and as Price raises his hands in defense, Laden changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Price wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Laden trying to control the position from guard on top but Price is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Laden controlling from the top position. Price keeping moving, preventing Laden from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Laden is really struggling to control Price but he's trying to hold on to the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Bin Laden just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Price tries to close the distance and clinch but Laden swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Price tries to clinch but Laden moves out of range. Price doesn't succeed with the takedown so Laden counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Laden looking to pass the guard. Price trying to keep a closed guard but Laden is proving a slippery customer.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Laden trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Laden wants to control from the top but Price keeps moving. Laden stands and throws Price's legs to the side, diving into side control. Price is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Laden advances to mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Laden working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Laden controlling the pace for now. Price keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Laden controlling from mount. Laden seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Price for as long as he can get away with. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Laden tries to control but Price wriggling away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bin Laden dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Price has his takedown stuffed and Laden counters with a single leg into guard. Price didn't expect that. Laden pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Price is keeping the position for now. Price is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Laden trying to control the position from guard on top but Price is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Laden is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Bin Laden just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Laden throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
That's one minute gone in the round. Price misses with a takedown and Laden counters with a single leg into guard. Price didn't expect that. Price is breathing heavily. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Price holds on and takes a little breather. Laden is pushing down on Price's leg trying to pass to half guard. Price is fighting to maintain full guard but Laden has managed to sneak the leg through. Laden seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Price does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Price is trying to stand.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Price gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Laden counters with a shoot takedown. Price fights it but they end up in guard. Bin Laden has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alex Price. Laden trying to control the position from guard on top but Price is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Laden controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Laden passes Price's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Price is staying active underneath Laden, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Laden tries to pass to full mount but Price defends it. Laden controlling the action here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Laden has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Laden lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Price misses with a takedown attempt and Laden counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Laden. Laden stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Price swivels though and keeps the full guard. Laden is working hard here to advance position. Laden trying to control but Price is working from the bottom.

Laden looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Bin Laden overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Price seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Laden does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. The fighters are battling for position here. Laden manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Laden is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Price drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Laden dives on top into guard.

Laden trying to control the position from guard on top but Price is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Laden is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Laden throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Price was covering up waiting for the punch and Laden finishes the takedown easily into guard. Laden wants to control from the top but Price keeps moving.

Price can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Laden controls the pace.
And that's the end of the fight! Bin Laden showed his dominance in that final round. Well Laden has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
