Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Christopher Reefer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Durrant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Durrant has chosen Baha Men - Who let the dogs out as his entrance music. David Durrant has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Christopher Reefer's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Christopher Reefer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, David Durrant!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Aafke Stam and Patrick Alders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Durrant uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Reefer.
Durrant scores with a hook to the body. Reefer takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Durrant lands a jab to Reefer's midsection.
Durrant avoids the body shot from Reefer.
Reefer misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Durrant lands a jab-cross combination.
Durrant throws a hook to the side of Reefer's head but Reefer sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Reefer shoots in looking for a takedown. Durrant tries to sprawl out of it but Reefer keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Durrant manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Durrant fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Reefer is out of range.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Durrant uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Reefer.
Durrant displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Reefer.
Durrant stuffs the takedown attempt from Reefer. Reefer gets slowly back to his feet.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Reefer shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Durrant pinned against the cage. Durrant gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Durrant will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Reefer will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
