Milkins takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

McCarthy steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Milkins is out on his feet! McCarthy sets himself and nearly takes Milkins's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
