Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Yuri Orlov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Diamond (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Eliza Hachem and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diamond lands a nice shot to the body.
Orlov shoots in for a takedown but Diamond shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Orlov shoots in for a double leg but Diamond sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Orlov takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Diamond tries to bum rush Orlov with a series of wild strikes but Orlov uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Orlov shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Diamond but Diamond pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Diamond gets caught flat footed, as Orlov shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Orlov is looking to work some ground and pound but Diamond has wrist control.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Orlov drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Diamond dives on top into guard.
Diamond wants to stand but Orlov is controlling his posture from full guard.
Orlov working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Diamond doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Diamond manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Diamond wanted to stand there but Orlov had control of the position.

Diamond has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Orlov is proving hard to escape from.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Orlov escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Diamond gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Orlov dives in and grabs Diamond's left leg, looking for a takedown. Diamond pushes down on Orlov's head and hops out.

Orlov is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Diamond's half guard.
Orlov has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Orlov is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Diamond is forced to tap! Great finish!
