Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Iwill Kickurcuntin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Robert Wolfman! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Leandro Rodrigues and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wolfman tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kickurcuntin was well out of range. Poor timing from Wolfman. Kickurcuntin shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Wolfman is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Kickurcuntin trying to control the position from guard on top but Wolfman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Wolfman is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kickurcuntin defends well. Wolfman looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Kickurcuntin puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Wolfman makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! Kickurcuntin stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kickurcuntin wants it to stay on the feet. Wolfman ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Iwill Kickurcuntin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kickurcuntin misses the jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. A combination from Wolfman does no damage. Kickurcuntin stuffs the takedown attempt from Wolfman. Wolfman gets slowly back to his feet. Wolfman tries to clinch up but Kickurcuntin circles away and keeps his distance. Kickurcuntin shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Kickurcuntin showed some decent athleticism there. Kickurcuntin is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Wolfman looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Wolfman looks gassed! Wolfman is trying to get back to full guard. Kickurcuntin tries to stand and escape but Wolfman is controlling the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kickurcuntin gets to his feet - back to striking we go! Kickurcuntin swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Wolfman. Wolfman takes a swing at Kickurcuntin's ribcage but misses. Kickurcuntin lands with a nice combination. Wolfman backs away looking to recover. A punch combination from Wolfman misses. Wolfman ducks right into an uppercut from Kickurcuntin. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Wolfman misses the jab. Kickurcuntin tries to clinch up. Kickurcuntin wants to clinch but Wolfman slips to the side and Wolfman counters with a nice body shot. Kickurcuntin fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Kickurcuntin scores with a jab to the jaw. The fight stays on the outside here - Kickurcuntin looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Kickurcuntin scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wolfman is trying to improve his position. Kickurcuntin decides to take the fight back to the feet. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Kickurcuntin connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Kickurcuntin rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Wolfman moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Kickurcuntin on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Wolfman getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Nice straight punches there by Wolfman. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Wolfman. Kickurcuntin has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Wolfman finds it's way round the side to connect with Kickurcuntin's head. Kickurcuntin fails with an attempt to clinch.
Kickurcuntin closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Wolfman is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kickurcuntin is just content to waste time from the top position. Wolfman takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Kickurcuntin's corner is telling him to maintain position. Wolfman keeping full guard, as Kickurcuntin tries to pass. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Kickurcuntin won't allow Wolfman to sweep him here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Iwill Kickurcuntin dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Kickurcuntin uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Wolfman.
Wolfman swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kickurcuntin throws out a powerful jab. Kickurcuntin's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Kickurcuntin duly obliges. Kickurcuntin wants to clinch up but Wolfman keeps it at a distance. Wolfman rushes Kickurcuntin and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Kickurcuntin wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Wolfman has him pressed against the cage. Kickurcuntin has had enough of the clinch but Wolfman keeps him there for the moment. Kickurcuntin throws a head punch that misses. Wolfman pressing his opponent against the cage. Wolfman scores with a hook to the body. Kickurcuntin is trying to break the clinch but Wolfman is controlling him. Wolfman drags the fight down to the ground.
Kickurcuntin would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Wolfman looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kickurcuntin is one step ahead there. Kickurcuntin has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kickurcuntin wanted to stand there but Wolfman had control of the position. Kickurcuntin wants to control from the top but Wolfman keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Wolfman shoots for a takedown but Kickurcuntin saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Kickurcuntin closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Kickurcuntin lands in his opponent's guard. Kickurcuntin has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Wolfman is proving hard to escape from. Kickurcuntin stands up and waves to Wolfman to follow him. Horrible takedown by Wolfman or perhaps it was just good defense by Kickurcuntin which made him look bad.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Wolfman. Iwill Kickurcuntin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Robert Wolfman. Kickurcuntin is looking to clinch. Wolfman slips a jab from Kickurcuntin. Kickurcuntin uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Wolfman.
Wolfman looks to land a combination but Kickurcuntin avoids it well. Wolfman misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kickurcuntin.
Wolfman keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Kickurcuntin scores a takedown into full mount! Wolfman is squirming around, avoiding Kickurcuntin's attempts to control the action.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kickurcuntin is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Wolfman is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Wolfman is trying to escape the mount.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Iwill Kickurcuntin dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Nice takedown defense from Wolfman. No joy for Kickurcuntin on that attempt. Kickurcuntin takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Kickurcuntin closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Wolfman to the mat! Wolfman manages to get full guard. Wolfman looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kickurcuntin is one step ahead there. Wolfman manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Kickurcuntin manages to get himself to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wolfman won't allow Kickurcuntin to get back to his feet. Wolfman controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Kickurcuntin wants to stand up but Wolfman is controlling him. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kickurcuntin keeping moving, preventing Wolfman from controlling successfully. Kickurcuntin is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Wolfman is controlling him. Iwill Kickurcuntin overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Kickurcuntin can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Wolfman controls the pace. Wolfman's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Kickurcuntin tries to land a sweep but no joy. Kickurcuntin is working hard here to advance position. Wolfman wants to pass the guard but Kickurcuntin is keeping the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Kickurcuntin is looking to stand up but Wolfman isn't so interested in that idea.

Kickurcuntin wants to stand but Wolfman is controlling the position. Kickurcuntin preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Wolfman showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Wolfman misses with a few strikes there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Kickurcuntin throws a nice looking combination but Wolfman bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Wolfman throws a combination that misses and Kickurcuntin cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Kickurcuntin keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Wolfman misses with a few strikes there.
Kickurcuntin scores with a one two! Wolfman had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Kickurcuntin tries a head kick but it misses.
Wolfman is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Kickurcuntin rather than just go for the knockout. Wolfman fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kickurcuntin manages to avoid it. Robert Wolfman has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Wolfman throws a series of punches but Kickurcuntin moves out of range. Kickurcuntin shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Wolfman as he avoids it easily. Wolfman cracks a nice hook into Kickurcuntin's ribs. Iwill Kickurcuntin is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Kickurcuntin moves away from the strike by Wolfman. Kickurcuntin connects with a body shot. Wolfman swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Kickurcuntin, as that shot connected.

and Kickurcuntin counters with a stiff right hand.
And that's the end of the fight! Robert Wolfman comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Kickurcuntin has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
