Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Josh Hartley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Super Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Super Man is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Josh Hartley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Super Man! The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Man fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Hartley shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Man's guard. Man is looking for a triangle but Hartley pushes his legs off easily.
Hartley wants to control from the top but Man keeps moving. Hartley slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Man is looking for a sweep. Man prevents Hartley from moving into mount. Hartley working the ground and pound but Man is defending the strikes. Hartley is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Man knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Man is looking for a sweep.
That's one minute gone in the round. The referee asks Hartley politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Hartley prefers to stall for the moment though. Man is trying to improve his position. Man wants to control but Hartley postures up.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Hartley darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Hartley in particular looking to stall. Hartley throws a strike but Man avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Man seems keen to control Hartley's posture. Man bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hartley's guard. Hartley lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Man! Hartley is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet! Man checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Hartley feints and as Man raises his hands in defense, Hartley changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Hartley is breathing heavily. Man looking for a sweep. Not yet Man, not yet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Man wants to stand up but Hartley is controlling him. Man wants to sweep here but Hartley controlling him for the moment. Hartley sitting in guard, not really doing much. Man is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Hartley is controlling him. Hartley slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Hartley postures up and lands a big shot to Man's brow. Hartley throws a strike but Man rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Hartley scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Man shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Hartley is refusing to be controlled, as Man sits in half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Josh Hartley dominated that round. That's time! Hartley's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Hartley tries to clinch up but Man circles away and keeps his distance. Man closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Hartley did well to prevent Man getting side control. Man trying to control from half guard but Hartley is working away. Hartley moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Man trying to control the position from guard on top but Hartley is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hartley working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Man doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Man manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Man lands a couple of digs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hartley is trying to control the position but Man postures up. Hartley working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Man doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Man manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Man accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Man avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Man must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Man seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Man wants to clinch up but Hartley keeps it at a distance. Josh Hartley is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Man misses with a takedown and Hartley counters with a single leg into guard. Man didn't expect that. Hartley wants to pass the guard but Man is keeping the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Man looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Man tries to land a sweep but no joy. Hartley trying to control but Man is working from the bottom. Hartley is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Man is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Man lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Hartley! Man controlling the pace for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Man looking to secure an arm triangle but Hartley defends it well. Hartley wants to hold on but Man pushes him away. Man goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Hartley turns into him and now he's in Man's guard.
Hartley throwing strikes from guard but Man blocks nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Josh Hartley will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Man fails with the takedown so Hartley counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Hartley avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Man wants to stand but Hartley is controlling the position. Man keeping moving, preventing Hartley from controlling successfully. Man is working an open guard so Hartley takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Man misses with a two punch combination.

Hartley gets in close and instigates a clinch. Hartley pulls Man into guard.
Man won't allow Hartley to get back to his feet. Man trying to control the position from guard on top but Hartley is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hartley not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Hartley wants to hit a switch here but Man passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Hartley there! Man postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Hartley looks a forlorn figure.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hartley blocking the ground and pound. Man is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Hartley is surviving well by controlling Man's body position as best he can. Man controlling the pace for now. Hartley working to try and regain half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Man trying to control but Hartley is having none of it. Hartley is desperately trying to improve his position but Man has a good base and remains in mount. Man get's back to his feet. Man shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Hartley counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Man keeping moving, preventing Hartley from controlling successfully. Man looking to control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hartley trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Hartley postures up.
Hartley throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Hartley stopping the sweep attempt from Man. Josh Hartley overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Hartley trying to control but Man is working from the bottom.
And that's the end of the fight! Josh Hartley showed his dominance in that final round. Well Hartley has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
