The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fock misses with a hook.
Maia tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Fock paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Maia throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Fock's waist but Fock gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Maia off to one side.
Fock lands with a hook. Maia tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

It looks like Demian Maia has been cut.
Maia keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Maia wants to clinch.
Maia takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Fock lands a big head kick that sends Maia tumbling to the mat! Fock takes a step backwards and waves Maia back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Maia is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Fock throws a quick inside leg kick.
Maia is still on wobbly legs! Can Fock finish him?
Maia looks gassed!
Fock stuns Maia with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Maia seems to have recovered his senses.
Fock tries a head kick but it misses.
Fock drops Maia with a huge uppercut! Maia drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Fock is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
