Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Steven Drake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Williams has chosen remember the name as his entrance music. Steven Drake could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jason Williams's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Steven Drake! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jason Williams! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, George Francis and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams moves out of range as Drake throws a body kick.
Drake looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Williams shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Drake napping and manages to drive through into side control! A lull in the action here as Williams stalls from top position. Williams is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Williams stands up and beckons Drake to his feet. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Drake.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Drake throws a push kick but Williams slaps the foot to one side. Drake throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Williams shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Drake as he jumps to the side. Williams moves out of range of the body kick from Drake.
Drake throws a sloppy head kick and Williams moves out of range easily. Williams fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Drake avoids it really well and circles away. Williams tries to score a power double leg takedown but Drake sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Williams somewhat. Steven Drake has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jason Williams. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Drake stuffs the takedown. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jason Williams dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Drake lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Drake looks to land a body kick but Williams moved away. No luck with that takedown attempt from Williams. Williams tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Drake swivels and escapes. Steven Drake is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Williams looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Drake! Williams tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Williams tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Williams's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jason Williams showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Drake throws a leg kick which misses Williams's front leg but catches the back leg as Williams tries to avoid it. A head kick misses from Drake. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Williams is defended easily by Drake. Drake gets caught flat footed, as Williams shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Williams is stalling in the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Williams wants to control from the top but Drake keeps moving.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Despite being in the dominant position, Jason Williams just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Drake misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Williams closes this distance looking for a takedown but Drake circles away. Drake throws a head kick but Williams moves out of range.
Drake looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Steven Drake has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Williams looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Drake is fending him off so far but Williams persists. Nope, Drake circles away and we're back to standing. Steven Drake has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jason Williams. Drake gets caught flat footed, as Williams shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Williams slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Drake. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Drake looking for submissions off his back.
And that's the end of the fight! Jason Williams comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Williams winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
