The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knight works the jab nicely.
A right-left combo lands from Knight.
Philips drops Knight with a nice combination! Philips dives into Knight's guard, looking to finish!
Knight is rocked!
It looks like Suge Knight has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Philips stays in close to Knight's body and controls the position.
Knight is still in real trouble! Can Philips finish him?
Philips trying to control but Knight is working from the bottom.
Knight seems to have recovered his senses.
Philips throws a strike but Knight rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Philips tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Philips pushes Knight off and gets back to his feet.

Philips changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Knight slips a jab and a cross from Philips.
Knight tries to close the distance and clinch but Philips swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Philips closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Knight out cold! Knight corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Rhian Philips!
