Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Power closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ubba circles away.
Ubba is looking to clinch but Power is avoiding it.
Power looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Power shoots in for a takedown but Ubba shows good takedown defense.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for James Power. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ubba throws a sloppy head kick and Power moves out of range easily.

It looks like James Power has been cut.

Power looks for a takedown but Ubba sprawls well.

Power shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Ubba defends it nicely.
Power is breathing heavily.

Power dives in and grabs Ubba's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ubba pushes down on Power's head and hops out.
Ubba throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Ubba breaks from Power's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Power is wriggling around trying to escape.
Ubba wants to take Power's back but he can't do it this time.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Power reaches up to try and control the position but Ubba seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Power rolls and tries to escape and now Ubba has his back!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Power turns into Ubba and is now in his guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ubba pushes a forearm under Power's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Power is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Abu Ubba!
