And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Donatello Bradman and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Connor looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Connor gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Connor stops a takedown attempt from Laksa.
Laksa goes for a takedown in the clinch but Connor prevents it.
A short left from Connor.
Laksa changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Connor fights it off and pushes away nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Wieniek Laksa. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Connor closes the distance and clinches.
Connor gets underhooks to prevent Laksa's takedown attempt.
Connor is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Laksa is defending well for now.
Connor pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Connor lands a left and a right that send Laksa crashing to the mat, dazed. Connor thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Wieniek Laksa has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Laksa will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Laksa is breathing heavily.
Connor drops Laksa with a big left hand! Laksa is injured, injured bad! Connor jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
