Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Knox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bam Bam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bam is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Military Soviet Hymn . These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Knox lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bam circles away quickly and effectively.
Knox lands a nice hook to Bam's body. Bam takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Bam closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Knox did well to prevent Bam getting side control.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bam accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Knox wants to get back to his feet but Bam is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Knox thuds a left hand into Bam's body.

Bam shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Knox as he jumps to the side.

Knox drops Bam with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Bam looks back up at him and smiles so Knox waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Bam looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
