Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Junior Babuino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and German Titov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). German Titov is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Titov closes the distance and pushes Babuino back into the cage.

Titov jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Babuino walks away with a smile on his face. Titov gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Titov misses with a strike from the bottom.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Babuino has Titov pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Babuino pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Titov tumbling to the mat - Babuino dives into Titov's guard.
Babuino distracts Titov with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Babuino accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Babuino shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Titov's guard.
