Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vincent Assaf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruno R Xavier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Assaf comes to the cage accompanied by click click boom. R Xavier has chosen Bate Pesadão as his entrance music. Bruno R Xavier has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vincent Assaf! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bruno R Xavier! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Wesley Smith and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Assaf closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Assaf lands in his opponent's guard. R Xavier working a defensive guard here.
Assaf trying to control the position from guard on top but R Xavier is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. R Xavier looking to control.
Assaf postures up and lands a big shot to R Xavier's brow. Assaf passes R Xavier's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Assaf has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Assaf seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but R Xavier does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Assaf throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. R Xavier tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. R Xavier is trying to stand back up but Assaf is controlling him
R Xavier throws a sloppy strike from the bottom. He's now off balance and Assaf manages to pass to side control. Assaf decides to take the fight back to the feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. R Xavier tries to clinch but Assaf is having none of it. R Xavier tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Assaf paws at him with a jab and circles away. Assaf drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Assaf lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. R Xavier isn't going anywhere. R Xavier is not content to let Assaf control the position. R Xavier wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land. R Xavier is trying to control Assaf's posture but Assaf avoids it. Assaf has hold of R Xavier's arm. He's looking for a kimura. R Xavier seems comfortable defending it but Assaf has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! R Xavier is real pain and he's forced to tap out! R Xavier is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Assaf couldn't care less - he's delighted!
