Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Allu Kolli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricky Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Allu Kolli has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Allu Kolli! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ricky Jenkins! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Arvi Lind and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jenkins fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Jenkins looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Kolli shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Jenkins counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Kolli is lucky that one didn't land flush. Jenkins dives in and grabs Kolli's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kolli pushes down on Jenkins's head and hops out. Kolli tries to clinch but Jenkins moves out of range. Kolli gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Jenkins counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Jenkins in particular looking to stall. Kolli is looking to escape. Jenkins wants to pass to mount but Kolli is defending the position. Kolli trying to control here.
Jenkins really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kolli. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Kolli is looking to improve his position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kolli gets full guard. Jenkins throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kolli works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Kolli is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Kolli wants to free his trapped foot but Jenkins is holding on for dear life with his legs. Kolli passes to full mount! Kolli working the ground and pound effectively.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Jenkins looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! Kolli wants to control but Jenkins is keeping busy. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kolli trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Jenkins doesn't escape. Jenkins is keeping busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Allu Kolli just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Jenkins takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Kolli tries to close the distance and clinch but Jenkins swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Kolli looks for a takedown but Jenkins sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Allu Kolli. That's going to take a lot out of him. We remain in the clinch.
Jenkins pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ricky Jenkins dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Kolli dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Jenkins. That did some damage! Kolli uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jenkins.
Kolli is looking to clinch but Jenkins is avoiding it.
Kolli throws a jab but it's blocked by Jenkins. Kolli clinches but Jenkins breaks the clinch and Jenkins counters with a big head kick but Kolli shrugs it off. Kolli misses with a straight left. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A left lands for Kolli. Kolli throws a body kick that misses. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Kolli feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Jenkins's calf.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kolli misses with a takedown and Jenkins counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Kolli trying to control here.
Kolli is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Jenkins is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Jenkins throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Kolli looking for submissions off his back. Kolli has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Jenkins is working away from the top position though. Jenkins is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kolli trying to control from the bottom.
Kolli won't allow Jenkins to pass to mount.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Jenkins avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kolli tries to clinch up. Kolli tries to close the distance and clinch but Jenkins swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Kolli pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Kolli tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jenkins leaves Kolli with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Jenkins goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Jenkins feints and as Kolli raises his hands in defense, Jenkins changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Kolli keeping moving, preventing Jenkins from controlling successfully. Kolli is trying to control the position but Jenkins postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jenkins preventing the sweep. Jenkins throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kolli works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Kolli keeping full guard, as Jenkins tries to pass. Kolli tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Kolli displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jenkins. Kolli gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Jenkins counters with a straight punch to the midsection. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Allu Kolli. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jenkins avoids the body shot from Kolli.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ricky Jenkins showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Jenkins ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kolli moves away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Kolli shoots in looking for a takedown. Jenkins tries to sprawl out of it but Kolli keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jenkins manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Jenkins misses with a kick to the body and Kolli makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Jenkins really felt that one! Jenkins defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Kolli. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Allu Kolli. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kolli has his takedown stuffed and Jenkins counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Jenkins is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Kolli has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Jenkins is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Jenkins can't get the takedown.
Kolli jumps guard and drags Jenkins to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Ricky Jenkins has got the better of the ground game so far. Kolli is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Jenkins defends well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kolli is trying to control the position but Jenkins postures up. Jenkins passes into half guard. Kolli is defending against the submission attempts here by Jenkins.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Kolli misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Jenkins wants to stand up but Kolli is controlling the position.
Jenkins is trying to control the action in half guard but Kolli is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Kolli shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Jenkins counters by moving into the clinch. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Kolli tries to pull guard but Jenkins holds him up against the cage and eventually Kolli drops back down to his feet.
Kolli is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Jenkins gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Allu Kolli has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Ricky Jenkins is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Kolli pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
And that's the end of the fight! Ricky Jenkins comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Jenkins winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
