The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Dillan Fox and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Devereux takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Devereux tries to score a power double leg takedown but Burns sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Devereux somewhat.
Devereux takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Devereux walks into a stiff left hand from Burns.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Devereux walks into a jab.
Burns gets in close and instigates a clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Devereux's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Burns gets through Devereux's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Devereux is rocked!
Burns lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Devereux backwards.
Oh Devereux is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Burns misses with some punches.
Burns avoiding damage as Devereux throws knees to the body.
Devereux seems to have got his legs back now.
Devereux is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
A short left from Burns.
Burns lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Burns gets underhooks to prevent Devereux's takedown attempt.
Devereux takes a shot to the head.
Burns lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Devereux to his knees! Burns keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
