Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Austin Duran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Liddell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Duran comes to the cage accompanied by Still Fly. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Austin Duran! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chuck Liddell! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Liddell is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Duran looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Duran throws a quick inside leg kick. Liddell shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Duran's guard. Liddell controlling from the top position. Liddell stands up from Duran's guard - Liddell perhaps looking for a knockout. Duran swats away the attempt to clinch by Liddell. Duran gets caught flat footed, as Liddell shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Liddell is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Liddell's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Duran controls Liddell momentarily but Liddell frees himself. Duran keeping moving, preventing Liddell from controlling successfully. Liddell wants to stand but Duran has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Liddell looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Duran throws his legs up looking for a submission but Liddell uses it to pass to side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Liddell decides to take the fight back to the feet. Liddell closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Duran to the mat! Duran manages to get full guard. Liddell is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Liddell accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Liddell tries to free his leg and advance position but Duran is retaining full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Duran keeping moving, preventing Liddell from controlling successfully. Liddell postures up.
Duran is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Liddell defends well. Liddell preventing the sweep. Duran is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Duran keeping moving, preventing Liddell from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Duran throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Duran working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Liddell doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Liddell manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Duran looking for a sweep. Not yet Duran, not yet. Liddell stands up from Duran's guard - Liddell perhaps looking for a knockout. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chuck Liddell dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Liddell shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Liddell cracks Duran with a solid left hand. Duran keeping full guard, as Liddell tries to pass. Liddell wants to control from the top but Duran keeps moving. Liddell is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Liddell wants to control from the top but Duran keeps moving. Duran is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Liddell must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Duran is looking to sweep but instead, Liddell has passed into half guard.
Duran is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Duran throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Liddell was covering up waiting for the punch and Duran finishes the takedown easily into guard. Liddell wants to stand up but Duran is controlling him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Duran throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Liddell works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Liddell has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Liddell can't keep his opponent in guard - Duran advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Duran is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Liddell is working to get back to half guard.
Duran looking to finish Liddell with some ground and pound. This is bad for Liddell! Duran avoids the attempt from Liddell to control. Liddell is looking to improve his position but Duran isn't that keen on the idea. Duran is working for a guillotine from mount but Liddell frees his head quite easily.
Duran is standing up, even though he is in mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Liddell throws a low kick, looking for Duran's leg but Duran calmly moves out of range. Liddell closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Duran tries to bench press Liddell off him but Liddell keeps the position. Duran can't do much from the bottom here. Duran tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Liddell easily slips into full mount! Duran is desperately trying to improve his position but Liddell has a good base and remains in mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Chuck Liddell will probably get the nod - 10:9. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Liddell has his takedown stuffed so Duran counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Liddell is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Duran with a nice head shot there. Duran has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Liddell is proving hard to escape from. Duran trying to control but Liddell is working from the bottom. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Duran pushing down on Liddell's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Chuck Liddell has got the better of the ground game so far. Duran is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Liddell tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Liddell is looking to control Duran's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Liddell avoid being mounted? Duran scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Liddell wants to control but Duran is keeping busy.
Duran looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Liddell with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Duran seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Duran is taking a breather. Liddell says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Liddell wants to control but Duran is keeping busy.
Liddell regains full guard. Nicely done. Duran trying to control but Liddell is working from the bottom. Duran won't allow Liddell to sweep him here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Duran showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Duran thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Duran trying to control the position from guard on top but Liddell is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Liddell trying to control the position.
Liddell is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Duran is controlling him.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Liddell has his takedown stuffed and Duran counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Duran lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Liddell has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Liddell and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Chuck Liddell is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Liddell shoots and misses and Duran counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Liddell! Austin Duran has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chuck Liddell. Duran jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Liddell is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Liddell and Duran has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
The ground and pound from Duran seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
And that's the end of the fight! Austin Duran showed his dominance in that final round. I think Liddell has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
