The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rage walks into a left hand.
Kali on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Kali defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rage.
Rage really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Kali on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Kali swings for the body but Rage moves out of range.
Rage rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kali moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A telegraphed right hand from Kali misses the target.
Rage fails in his attempt to clinch.
A swing and a miss from Kali.
Rage is looking to land body kicks.
Kali chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Kali throws out a loose jab but Rage uses good head movement to avoid it.
Rage thuds a left hand into Kali's body.
Kali takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kali avoids a kick to the body.
Kali is looking to chop away at Rage's legs.
A telegraphed right hand from Kali misses the target.
Rage instigates a clinch.
Rage is looking to control Kali's arms but Kali gets an underhook and turns him. Now Rage has his back to the ropes.
Rage has Kali pressed up against the ropes and is working for takedown. Kali manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Rage cracks Kali with a nice body shot.
Rage gets underhooks to prevent Kali's takedown attempt.
Rage looking for a takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gunner Rage. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rage ties up his opponent against the ropes and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Rage no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Kali lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Kali trying to control but Rage is working from the bottom.
Rage on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Rage tries to get out of the position.
Kali throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Rage works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Kali throws a big right hand that misses.

Kali throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Kali trying to control but Rage is working from the bottom.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Good standup being displayed there by Kali as he connects with a hook.
Rage fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Rage throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kali's waist but Kali gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Rage off to one side.
Rage fails in his attempt to clinch.
Donk. Kali catches Rage right on the button with a cross.
Kali takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Kali looks gassed!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rage has closed the distance and engaged Kali in a clinch.
Rage is looking for a takedown up against the ropes. Kali gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Kali fails to pull guard.
Rage's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Rage dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Rage thuds his right hand into Kali's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Rage fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
A nice combination there by Rage.
Rage doesn't manage to clinch there - Kali circles away.
Rage misses with a low kick.
Kali moves out of range as Rage throws a body kick.
Kali needs to keep his hands up - Rage had a free shot at his head there.
Kali is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Rage shoots in for a takedown. He's got it... He's hoisted his opponent over his head and is carrying him over to the other end of the mat. The crowd roars in approval and Rage slams his opponent to the mat. OH, that is naaaaaasty! He's out! Rage lands a punch to his unconscious victim for good measure before the ref has time to call the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Slam). Gunner Rage!
