The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wilkins circles away from the clinch attempt.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Bandit gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Wilkins chips away with some ground and pound. Bandit keeping moving, preventing Wilkins from controlling successfully. Wilkins throwing strikes but missing. Bandit is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wilkins won't allow Bandit to get back to his feet. Bandit has butterfly guard.
