Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Matth Kastro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brad Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Matth Kastro has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Matth Kastro! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Brad Hall! The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Winston Howard and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A jab lands there for Kastro. Hall looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Kastro tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hall paws at him with a jab and circles away. Kastro is trying hard to land a takedown here. Hall sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Kastro tries to clinch up. Matth Kastro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hall motions for Kastro to come forward. Hall throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Hall has managed to clinch.
Hall pressing his opponent against the cage. Hall turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hall moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Kastro is pushing Hall's head away, looking to escape. Hall manages to hold on to the position though. Hall throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kastro is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Hall is controlling him well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hall tries to move into full mount but can't pass Kastro's legs. Kastro tries to escape but Hall is in control. Hall is looking to take a break and control but Kastro is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Hall prevents Kastro from escaping the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Kastro closes the distance looking to clinch and Hall decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Kastro's guard. Hall trying to control the position from guard on top but Kastro is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kastro keeping full guard, as Hall tries to pass.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kastro wants to stand up but Hall is controlling him. Hall throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Hall missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Hall won't allow Kastro to get back to his feet.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Left hook, right uppercut from Kastro. Kastro fails with an attempt to clinch.
Kastro wants to clinch but Hall slips to the side and Hall counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Kastro's guard now. Hall postures up in Kastro's guard and throws a big left but Kastro blocks it. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Hall tries to free his leg and advance position but Kastro is retaining full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brad Hall dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Kastro tries to clinch up but Hall circles away and keeps his distance. Kastro closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Hall did well to prevent Kastro getting side control. Kastro with the ground and pound but Hall uses the opportunity to regain guard. Kastro throwing strikes but missing. Kastro is working Hall over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Hall has a closed guard, preventing Kastro from standing up. Kastro knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hall on the ground. Kastro is working Hall over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Kastro is looking to work some ground and pound but Hall has wrist control. Hall working a defensive guard here.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. A nice combination there by Kastro.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kastro lands with an uppercut that bounces Hall off the cage and back into rage. Kastro wants to clinch. Kastro tries to clinch but Hall moves away and Hall counters with a takedown into side control. Kastro wants to get back to his feet. Hall trying to control the action but Kastro is working from the bottom. Hall decides to stand up, so the ref orders Kastro to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Hall is defended easily by Kastro. Kastro lands a jab-cross combination. Kastro throws a head kick that half lands.
Kastro closes the distance and pushes Hall back into the cage. Hall tries to circle away but Kastro has him pinned against the cage. Kastro lands an elbow that stopped Hall in his tracks for a moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A quick uppercut on the inside from Kastro. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Kastro lands with a short head shot on the inside. Kastro is pushing Hall up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Kastro tries to break free but Hall pushes him back against the cage. Kastro wants a takedown.
Hall works on Kastro's body with a couple of short punches. Kastro looks to throw an elbow but misses. Kastro misses with a hook from the clinch. A looping hook to the body misses from Kastro. Hall does a little dance to reset his feet. Kastro missing with a left hand there. Hall was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Hall closes the distance and clinches. Kastro lands an elbow just above Hall 's eye. Kastro tries to pull guard but Hall holds him up against the cage and eventually Kastro drops back down to his feet.
Hall ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Hall no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kastro throws a strike but Hall rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Kastro is looking to stand back up but Hall counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Kastro. Kastro is trying to stand up here but Hall is controlling him well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Brad Hall will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
Hall decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Hall trying to control the action but Kastro is working from the bottom. Kastro pushes Hall off looking to stand but Hall dives back in and keeps control.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Hall is keen to just control but Kastro is a slippery customer.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kastro is trying to stand.
Hall wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kastro keeps working. Hall tries to pass the half guard into mount. Kastro knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Kastro lands a damaging elbow. Hall takes an elbow to the forehead. Hall blocks an elbow strike from Kastro.
Kastro comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Kastro landing knees to the body.
Kastro tries to break free but Hall pushes him back against the cage. A short right from Kastro on the inside. Hall throws a punch but it's blocked by Kastro. Hall takes an elbow to the forehead. Hall takes an elbow to the temple. Kastro using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Kastro lands an elbow just above Hall 's eye. A nice glancing elbow lands by Kastro. Hall takes a knee right on the jaw!
Hall gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Brad Hall has got the better of the ground game so far. Hall stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kastro swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hall decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Kastro moves into the clinch. Hall wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
A body shot lands from Kastro.
Kastro breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Danga de danga de dang - Kastro scores with a four punch combination! Kastro forces Hall back against the cage and clinches. Hall drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Kastro gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Hall tries to circle away but Kastro has him pinned against the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hall ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Hall no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Hall working a defensive guard here.
Kastro makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Hall manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Kastro manages to get himself to full guard.
Hall decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Matth Kastro has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Brad Hall is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Kastro lands a head shot.
And that's the end of the fight! Brad Hall comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Hall winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
