Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lutan Fiyah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tonichie Hong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fiyah kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is the gad. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hong throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Hong misses the shot to the body. Fiyah takes a kick to the side of the head. Fiyah fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Hong avoids it really well and circles away. Hong lands a big head kick that sends Fiyah tumbling to the mat! Hong takes a step backwards and waves Fiyah back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Fiyah is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hong throws a looping overhand right but Fiyah ducks down to avoid it. Hong keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Fiyah takes the fight into the clinch. Fiyah tries to break the clinch but Hong is controlling the position. Fiyah is looking to break free of the clinch but Hong has double underhooks. Hong throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Fiyah has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Hong uses from the top position. Hong stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fiyah swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fiyah throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hong is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Fiyah wants to get back to his feet but Hong is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Hong slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Fiyah manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Hong manages to get himself to full guard.
Hong wants to sweep here but Fiyah controlling him for the moment. Hong is looking to stand up but Fiyah isn't so interested in that idea. Hong looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Hong is adopting a defensive guard. Fiyah trying to stand up but can't free himself from Hong's guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hong can do anything to dispel that myth. Hong wants to sweep here but Fiyah controlling him for the moment. Hong scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Hong lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Hong pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Fiyah fails with an attempt to clinch.
Hong lands a body shot.
Fiyah is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fiyah throws a lazy head kick and Hong counters with a low kick, right behind Fiyah 's knee. Hong throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Hong misses with a head kick.
Hong scores with a jab to the body. Fiyah takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
It looks like Lutan Fiyah has been cut. Tonichie Hong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Hong! Fiyah is out on his feet! Hong rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Fiyah is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Fiyah is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tonichie Hong!
