Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Bisping (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and diego vilonova (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, diego vilonova! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Paul Tew and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! vilonova fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bisping closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Bisping trying to control the action but vilonova is working from the bottom. Bisping working over vilonova with some ground and pound. vilonova looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Bisping thows a huge punch but vilonova dodges it nicely.

Bisping not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. vilonova is not content to let Bisping control the position. Bisping misses with a head shot. vilonova uses the momentum to regain guard.

Bisping changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. vilonova looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Bisping decides to take the fight back to the feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Bisping is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Bisping misses with a body punch.
Still in the clinch, Bisping scores with a nice short uppercut. Bisping breaks the clinch.
vilonova tries to close the distance and clinch but Bisping swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. vilonova walks forward, straight into a front kick from Bisping. Bisping throws a series of punches but vilonova avoids them all with ease. Bisping misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jon Bisping dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

vilonova suckers Bisping into throwing a sloppy strike and uses the momentum to reverse the position beautifully! vilonova is now in Bisping's guard!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Bisping is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because vilonova is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. I wouldn't like to be where Bisping is right now.

Bisping throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Bisping bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Bisping closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming vilonova to the mat! vilonova manages to get full guard. Bisping pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. vilonova is keeping the position for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jon Bisping dominated that second round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Bisping trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. vilonova is working an open guard so Bisping takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. vilonova wants to clinch but Bisping slips to the side and Bisping counters with a head kick. That will keep vilonova thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! vilonova clinches but Bisping breaks the clinch and Bisping counters by moving into the clinch. Bisping lands an uppercut. vilonova blocks a punch to the side of the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bisping has picked vilonova up - he's going for a ride! Bisping dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Bisping tries to stand and escape but vilonova actually recovers to full guard. Bisping loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Bisping thows a big elbow that misses. vilonova is looking to stand up but Bisping isn't so interested in that idea. Bisping thows a big elbow that misses.

Bisping forces his way into half guard. vilonova blocking the ground and pound attempt from Bisping. Jon Bisping is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Bisping takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Bisping working the head and body with strikes. Bisping looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
And that's the end of the fight! Jon Bisping showed his dominance in that final round. Well Bisping has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
