Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tom Fritz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Winfield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fritz comes to the cage accompanied by Metallica - Enter Sandman . Tom Fritz has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winfield throws a chopping leg kick but Fritz manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Fritz postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Winfield is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Fritz, into his guard.

Winfield got a little sloppy there for a moment and Fritz has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Winfield has managed to get both his arms back between Fritz's legs - danger averted.
Winfield must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Well Winfield has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
