Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mustafa Zahnahatty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arne Ostesen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zahnahatty comes to the cage accompanied by Till I Collapse. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mustafa Zahnahatty!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Arne Ostesen!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Skip Squint and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ostesen lands a jab-cross combination.
Zahnahatty will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Ostesen lands with a cross.
Zahnahatty shoots in looking for a takedown. Ostesen tries to sprawl out of it but Zahnahatty keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ostesen manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Zahnahatty gets the takedown into side control.
Zahnahatty swings around for an armbar but Ostesen sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Zahnahatty's guard.
Zahnahatty bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Ostesen's guard.
Zahnahatty thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Zahnahatty trying to control the position from guard on top but Ostesen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Ostesen keeping full guard, as Zahnahatty tries to pass.
Zahnahatty trying to control but Ostesen is working from the bottom.
Ostesen wants to stand up but Zahnahatty is controlling him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ostesen looking for a guillotine here but Zahnahatty defends easily.

Zahnahatty wants to stand but Ostesen has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Ostesen displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Zahnahatty.
Ostesen scores with a nice strike.
Nice takedown defense from Ostesen. No joy for Zahnahatty on that attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mustafa Zahnahatty. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Zahnahatty wants to clinch up but Ostesen keeps it at a distance.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Ostesen rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Zahnahatty moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Ostesen misses with a takedown attempt
and Zahnahatty counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Ostesen's guard now.
Ostesen manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Zahnahatty manages to get himself to full guard.
Ostesen is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Zahnahatty is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Zahnahatty has escaped and now he's on top!

Zahnahattyis looking to pass into half guard but Ostesen pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Ostesen is in guard.

Zahnahatty thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Zahnahatty might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Ostesen trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Zahnahatty manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
Zahnahatty drops back looking for a leg! Ostesen is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Ostesen manages to kick Zahnahatty off! Zahnahatty jumps back into Ostesen's guard.
Zahnahatty postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Ostesen is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Zahnahatty, into his guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Zahnahatty has his foot on Ostesen's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Ostesen works his way back into a safe position though.
Ostesen wants to get up but he can't break Zahnahatty's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Zahnahatty looking for a guillotine here but Ostesen defends easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ostesen cracks Zahnahatty with a right hand to the side of the head.
Zahnahatty fails to land the takedown.
Ostesen tries to close the distance and clinch but Zahnahatty swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Zahnahatty is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Ostesen.
Zahnahatty looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Zahnahatty passes into side control, despite Ostesen's attempt to control the position.
Ostesen tries to buck Zahnahatty off but Zahnahatty is having none of it.
Zahnahatty tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Ostesen is trying to control Zahnahatty's posture but Zahnahatty avoids it.

Zahnahatty has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Mustafa Zahnahatty seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ostesen gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Zahnahatty passes Ostesen's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Ostesen wants to get back to full guard.
Ostesen is looking to escape.
Zahnahatty seems to be looking for submissions.
Mustafa Zahnahatty overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Ostesen is trying to stand.
Ostesen is kicking away at Zahnahatty from the bottom - trying to push off and stand up. Zahnahatty grabs hold of a leg and drops back for a hell hook! The two fighters roll across the mat, with Ostesen trying to push Zahnahatty off... Ostesen taps! He's tapped! This one is all over! A throwback to the old Pancrase there with an infrequently seen submission hold! Nice work.
