Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sugar Bear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zek Weknok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bear has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. The key to victory for Sugar Bear has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Yves DeLean and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weknok is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Bear misses with a jab, cross combination.
Bear is breathing heavily.
Bear doesn't manage to clinch there - Weknok circles away.
Sugar Bear seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Weknok tries to score a body lock takedown but Bear shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Weknok tries to bum rush Bear with a series of wild strikes but Bear uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Bear leaves Weknok with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Weknok lands a head kick. Bear smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Weknok lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bear circles away quickly and effectively.

and Weknok counters with a three punch combo that has Bear backing up. Bear nods at Weknok to acknowledge the strikes.

Weknok drives through and clinches with Bear against the cage.
Bear could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

I looks like Weknok might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Weknok working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Bear looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Weknok! Submission of the night perhaps?
