Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Greg Lupul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gi Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lupul's entrance music is Strangled With A Halo, Pig Destroyer. A fine choice. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
12 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Greg Lupul!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gi Jones!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Lupul. Lupul obviously looking to wear him down.
Lupul thows a body shot but no joy.
Jones throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Lupul tries for a takedown but Jones sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Jones.
Lupul moves away from the strike by Jones.
Jones throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lupul.
Lupul motions for Jones to come forward. Lupul throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Lupul tries to clinch up but Jones circles away and keeps his distance.
A slow jab from Jones misses its intended target.
Jones checks a low kick from Lupul.

Lupul is pressed up against the ropes. Jones has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Lupul down to the mat. Lupul avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
