Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Johny Brawo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leandro Almeida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brawo's entrance music is Toony - Los (Feat. Pih & Fabuła) . A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Leandro Rodrigues and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Almeida dives in and grabs Brawo's left leg, looking for a takedown. Brawo pushes down on Almeida's head and hops out.
Almeida closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Brawo did well to prevent Almeida getting side control.
Almeida is looking for a kimura here.
Brawo trying to control but Almeida postures up.
Almeida content to control rather than advance.

Brawo flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Almeida seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Brawo really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Brawo is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Almeida shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Brawo pinned against the cage. Brawo gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Almeida cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Brawo is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Almeida looking to control but Brawo is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Almeida is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Brawo to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Brawo shrugs it off.
Brawo wants to hold on but Almeida pushes him away.
Brawo's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Almeida tries to control but Brawo wriggling away.
Brawo tries to reverse the position but Almeida maintains control.
Almeida scoring with strikes but Brawo is staying in there.
Almeida prevents Brawo from getting the reversal.
Almeida lands with some strikes.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Brawo is trying to escape the mount.
Almeida avoids the attempt from Brawo to control.

Almeida can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Brawo is looking to escape.
Brawo can't escape the position.
Brawo sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Almeida wants to stand up but Brawo manages to regain full guard.
Brawo escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Almeida gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Almeida stands and throws Brawo's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Almeida takes a little break here. Brawo wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Brawo is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Almeida off and has taken his back!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Leandro Almeida showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Almeida stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Almeida wants it to stay on the feet.

Almeida stalling away here and it's allowed Brawo to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

and Almeida counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Almeida slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Almeida is looking to take a break and control but Brawo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Almeida decides to stand up, so the ref orders Brawo to his feet.
A solid body kick from Brawo.
Almeida wants to clinch up but Brawo keeps it at a distance.
Brawo dips to his left and cracks Almeida with an uppercut!
Brawo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Almeida as he jumps to the side.

and Brawo counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Almeida fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Brawo sprawls well initially but Almeida persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Brawo holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.

Almeida prevents Brawo from improving his position.
Brawo is trying to maintain the position but Almeida is very close to passing his half guard.

Brawo keeps control of the position for the meantime.
Brawo is staying active underneath Almeida, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Leandro Almeida comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
