Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Evander Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gustavo Souza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Radbod Blank and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Souza throws a series of punches but Kane moves out of range.

Souza might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Kane kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Souza got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kane has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Souza has managed to get both his arms back between Kane's legs - danger averted.

Kane feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
