Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Steve Shardlow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Mariucci (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Michael Mariucci was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mariucci swings for the body but Shardlow moves out of range.
Mariucci avoids the head kick by Shardlow.
Mariucci takes a swing at Shardlow's ribcage but misses.
Mariucci on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Shardlow. Shardlow obviously looking to wear him down.
Shardlow thows a body kick. Mariucci tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Shardlow stuffs the takedown attempt from Mariucci. Mariucci gets slowly back to his feet.
Shardlow throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Mariucci sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Shardlow rushes Mariucci and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Shardlow lands a nice uppercut.
Mariucci wants a takedown.
Shardlow lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Mariucci drops down looking for an ankle pick but Shardlow pulls his leg out and moves away.
Steve Shardlow has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michael Mariucci.

Shardlow creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Mariucci's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Mariucci drops to his knees and Shardlow pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
