Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rico Ordonez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chavo Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miller has chosen Sulfur by Slipknot as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller looks to land a combination but Ordonez avoids it well.
Miller fails with the takedown.

Miller fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ordonez manages to avoid it.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Miller is not going to allow Ordonez to sit and survive in this position.
Miller is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Ordonez knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Ordonez for a finish.

Miller has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Ordonez has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
