Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Vitor Vega!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Igor Zawada!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zawada keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Vega gets a takedown into half guard.
Zawada tries to roll over but Vega keeps him under control.
Vega performing his best blanket impression for a moment.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Zawada checks a leg kick.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vega stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Zawada swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Zawada really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Vega. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Vega closes the distance and clinches up with Zawada, looking for a takedown. Vega pushes Zawada against the cage but Zawada circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Zawada throws a right and a left that Vega avoids nicely.
Vega gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Zawada stuffs the takedown.
And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Vitor Vega.
I think Vega has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
