The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gruber has managed to clinch.
miguel changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Gruber fights it off and pushes away nicely.
miguel shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gruber but Gruber pushes him off and we're back to square one.
miguel is trying hard to land a takedown here. Gruber sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Gruber pushes miguel away with a front kick.

miguel takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Gruber throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Gruber.
Gruber throws a front kick that sends miguel stumbling back into the cage.
Gruber scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. miguel doesn't seem bothered though.
Gruber rushes miguel and presses him up against the cage.
Gruber pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Gruber lands a big head kick that sends miguel tumbling to the mat! Gruber takes a step backwards and waves miguel back to his feet - he wants the finish!
miguel is rocked!
No joy there for Gruber, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Nice takedown defense from Gruber. No joy for miguel on that attempt.
Gruber throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Gruber lands with a right that hurts miguel. miguel looks to clinch but Gruber throws a short knee that drops miguel. This one is all over!
