Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Rage ThunderKill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tito Chavez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tito Chavez is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rage ThunderKill! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tito Chavez! The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Emerson Jorge and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chavez fails with a takedown attempt. ThunderKill with a poor takedown and Chavez counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for ThunderKill! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. ThunderKill really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Chavez lands a nice shot to the head. Chavez trying to control but he's not successful this time. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. ThunderKill tries to hold on but Chavez postures up. Chavez controlling from mount. Chavez fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
ThunderKill tries to lock up and control but Chavez gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's one minute gone in the round. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Chavez cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Chavez trying to control but ThunderKill is having none of it. ThunderKill really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Chavez dominating with strikes here. ThunderKill really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Chavez lands a big shot there that rocks ThunderKill but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
ThunderKill wants to control but Chavez is having none of it. Chavez throwing strikes here but ThunderKill is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. ThunderKill looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! Chavez struggling to keep hold of the position.
ThunderKill breaks Chavez's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
ThunderKill stands and steps away. Chavez gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Chavez digs a good hook to ThunderKill's body.
Chavez fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. ThunderKill clinches up against the cage. Chavez is looking to break free of the clinch but ThunderKill has double underhooks. Chavez looks gassed! Chavez is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Chavez works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chavez is working ThunderKill over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. ThunderKill is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. ThunderKill keeping full guard, as Chavez tries to pass. Chavez postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! ThunderKill is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Chavez, into his guard. ThunderKill passes Chavez's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. ThunderKill perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. ThunderKill looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Chavez misses with some strikes from the bottom.
ThunderKill content to control rather than advance. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tito Chavez dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
ThunderKill scores with a nice strike. A head kick misses from Chavez. ThunderKill circles away from the clinch attempt and ThunderKill counters with a shoot takedown. Chavez fights it but they end up in guard. ThunderKill slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. ThunderKill preventing the sweep. Chavez is breathing heavily. ThunderKill postures up and lands a big shot to Chavez's brow.
That's one minute gone in the round. ThunderKill sitting in guard, not really doing much. ThunderKill postures up.
Chavez is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. ThunderKill is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Chavez is looking to stand back up but ThunderKill counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Chavez.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Chavez is trying to stand back up but ThunderKill is controlling him
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Chavez wants to control but ThunderKill is keeping busy and won't allow it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. ThunderKill is looking for a kimura here.
ThunderKill decides to stand and escape the position. ThunderKill circles away from the clinch attempt and ThunderKill counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. ThunderKill shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Chavez counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. ThunderKill knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Chavez on the ground.
That's four minutes gone in the round. ThunderKill looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Chavez trying to control the action but ThunderKill is working from the bottom. Chavez not landing any meaningful shots this time. ThunderKill is trying to get back to full guard. ThunderKill slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rage ThunderKill dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Chavez throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. ThunderKill fakes the leg kick and cracks Chavez in the body. Chavez throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around ThunderKill's waist but ThunderKill gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Chavez off to one side. ThunderKill with a lazy takedown attempt and Chavez counters with a nice double leg into half guard. ThunderKill is refusing to be controlled, as Chavez sits in half guard. Chavez is looking to stall here but ThunderKill recovers full guard. ThunderKill manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Chavez manages to get himself to full guard.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. ThunderKill is stalling in the full guard. ThunderKill is in close to Chavez's body, working some short punches and elbows. Chavez being controlled here, momentarily. Chavez has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but ThunderKill has passed into side control.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. ThunderKill decides to stand back up. Chavez clinches but ThunderKill breaks the clinch and ThunderKill counters with a nice double leg into guard. Chavez keeping moving, preventing ThunderKill from controlling successfully. ThunderKill looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Chavez is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. ThunderKill pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Chavez is keeping the position for now. Chavez controls ThunderKill momentarily but ThunderKill frees himself. Chavez is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and ThunderKill defends well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. ThunderKill keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Chavez's head. ThunderKill has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. ThunderKill shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Chavez is looking to control ThunderKill's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Chavez avoid being mounted? ThunderKill is trying to control the action in half guard but Chavez is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Rage ThunderKill showed his dominance in that final round. Well ThunderKill has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
