Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Thiago de Souza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Koshi Tatsu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think de Souza might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Dry County. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Koshi Tatsu!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shirou Masuda and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
de Souza tries to clinch up but Tatsu circles away and keeps his distance.
Tatsu tries to keep at a distance but de Souza has taken the fight into the clinch.
de Souza lands an uppercut.
de Souza scores a nice knee to the body.
de Souza is pressed up against the ropes. Tatsu has hold of a leg and is looking to drag de Souza down to the mat. de Souza avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
de Souza tries to clinch but Tatsu is having none of it.
Tatsu swats away the attempt to clinch by de Souza.
de Souza gets a clinch.
de Souza cracks Tatsu with a nice body shot.
de Souza lands a right hand.

It looks like Koshi Tatsu has been cut.
Tatsu looks gassed!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
de Souza lands a body shot in the clinch.
de Souza lands an elbow inside that Tatsu shrugs off.
That's one minute gone in the round.
de Souza lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Tatsu backwards.
Tatsu is rocked!
de Souza scores a nice knee to the body.
de Souza pushes Tatsu back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Tatsu is still on wobbly legs! Can de Souza finish him?
de Souza lands a nice elbow.
de Souza controlling the position using the Thai clinch, unloads with a massive knee! Boom! He's out cold and slumps to the floor against the ropes! I can't wait to see the slow motion replay of that one!
