Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dennis Bosh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tix Pain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pain has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Dennis Bosh! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tix Pain! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shirou Masuda and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck for Bosh with that takedown attempt. Bosh has a takedown stuffed. Bosh moves into range and clinches up with Pain. Bosh turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Bosh manages to end up in side control. Pain is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Bosh working the ground and pound. Bosh tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Bosh stands up. Bosh closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Bosh wants to stand but Pain has his arm trapped. Pain is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bosh scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Pain to see if he's OK. Pain wants to control but Bosh postures up. Pain looks gassed! Pain is not content to let Bosh control the position. Pain can't do much from the bottom here. Pain tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Bosh wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Bosh is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Pain has escaped the position, nice work there. Bosh working away. Pain gets back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pain is pressing down on Bosh's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Bosh preventing the sweep. Bosh with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Bosh stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Pain swivels though and keeps the full guard. Bosh has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Pain trying to keep a closed guard but Bosh is proving a slippery customer.
Bosh postures up in Pain's guard and throws a big left but Pain blocks it. Pain preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Bosh throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Bosh fails with an attempt to clinch.
Pain with a poor takedown and Bosh counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Pain is lucky that one didn't land flush.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bosh shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Bosh throwing shots but Pain is blocking nicely. Pain has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bosh is working away from the top position though. Pain is refusing to be controlled, as Bosh sits in half guard. Pain trying to control here.
Bosh trying to control the action but Pain is working from the bottom. Pain looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Bosh seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Pain does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Bosh gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Pain trying to control the position from guard on top but Bosh is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bosh is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Pain passes Bosh's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Pain works his way into side control. Bosh tries to improve position but can't. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dennis Bosh dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Pain misses with a takedown attempt and Bosh counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Pain's guard now. Bosh looking to pass the guard. Bosh controls from within his opponent's guard. Bosh working some strikes from top position. Pain looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Bosh passes easily into side control. Nice work. Bosh scores with a couple of short elbows. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pain on the wrong end of some ground and pound. It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Bosh here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Bosh stands up and we're back to a striking position. Bosh misses with a few strikes there.

Pain should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Pain trying to control the position from guard on top but Bosh is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dennis Bosh overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Pain is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Bosh wants to stand up but Pain is controlling him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bosh looking for a sweep. Not yet Bosh, not yet. Pain drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Pain jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Bosh keeping full guard, as Pain tries to pass.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Bosh swings away with a leg kick that misses. Dennis Bosh is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Pain misses with a takedown attempt and Bosh counters with an inside leg kick. Bosh tries to bum rush Pain with a series of wild strikes but Pain uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Bosh shoots in for a double leg but Pain sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Bosh shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Pain counters with a nice double leg into side control. Bosh won't be happy with that. Bosh prevents Pain from improving position. Pain is trying to get an arm triangle but Bosh is defending well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pain wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bosh keeps working. Pain is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Bosh is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Bosh is trying to improve his position. Bosh is not content to let Pain control the position. Pain tries for a kimura but Bosh is defending well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Pain trying to control the action but Bosh is working from the bottom. Pain is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Bosh is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. You can see the frustration on Bosh's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Pain misses with a takedown and Bosh counters with a nice double leg into side control. Pain won't be happy with that. Dennis Bosh has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tix Pain. Pain taking punishment in the form of punches.
Pain manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Bosh slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dennis Bosh dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Bosh wants to clinch up but Pain keeps it at a distance. Pain misses with a takedown and Bosh holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Pain tries to pull guard but Bosh holds him up against the cage and eventually Pain drops back down to his feet.
Bosh lands a damaging elbow. Bosh breaks the clinch.
Bosh closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Bosh working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Pain tries to escape but Bosh is in control. Pain gets back to half guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Bosh is looking to take a break and control but Pain is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bosh tries to stand but can't do so whilst Pain controls his leg. Bosh looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Pain is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Bosh's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Bosh's back! Pain is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Bosh defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bosh wants to control his opponent's hands but Pain gets his hands free. Bosh wants to escape the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pain working for the choke. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Pain working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Bosh is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Pain has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Bosh taps out!
