Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between hencio amada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rafeal Djocovito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Djocovito is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Rose - A Perfect Circle. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Hugh Johnson and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Djocovito misses with a few strikes there.
Djocovito misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Nice takedown defense from Djocovito. No joy for amada on that attempt.
amada shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
A left and a right from Djocovito both land. Nice combination.
Djocovito throws a leg kick which misses amada's front leg but catches the back leg as amada tries to avoid it.
amada slips a jab and a cross from Djocovito.
Djocovito scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
amada tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Djocovito wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
amada wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

so Djocovito counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Djocovito avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

amada tries to contro but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad.

Djocovito won't let amada get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

amada is wriggling around trying to escape.
amada wants to hold on but Djocovito pushes him away.
amada is in a horrible position here. Djocovito smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Rafeal Djocovito showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. And we move into the final round!
amada misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Djocovito lands a jab-cross combination.
amada takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Djocovito fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
amada tries to clinch but Djocovito moves out of range.
amada closes the distance and clinches up with Djocovito, looking for a takedown. amada pushes Djocovito against the cage but Djocovito circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Djocovito misses with the combination.
A left lands for Djocovito.
Djocovito thuds a left hand into amada's body.
amada changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Djocovito tries to avoid it but amada manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Djocovito to the ground. Djocovito escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for hencio amada. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Djocovito throws a nice looking combination but amada bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Djocovito lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as amada backs up against the cage.

Djocovito tries to bum rush amada with a series of wild strikes but amada uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Djocovito lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but amada circles away quickly and effectively.
No joy there for Djocovito, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
amada gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Djocovito scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Djocovito really doesn't want to stay on the ground with amada. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
amada is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Djocovito tries to free his leg and advance position but amada is retaining full guard.
Djocovito must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

amada tries to land a sweep but no joy.
amada might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Djocovito misses with a series of wild punches.
Djocovito turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
amada tries to clinch there but Djocovito circles away.
amada shoots in looking for a takedown. Djocovito tries to sprawl out of it but amada keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Djocovito manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Djocovito looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for amada!

amada is trying desperately to improve position.
Rafeal Djocovito is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
amada swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
hencio amada has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Rafeal Djocovito comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Djocovito has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
