Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matthew Tehana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Freddy Krueger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Freddy Krueger has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Matthew Tehana! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Freddy Krueger! The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Fedor Mirinova and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Krueger misses with an uppercut. Krueger cracks Tehana with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Tehana fails with a takedown attempt. Tehana showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Krueger.
Krueger gets a takedown into half guard. Tehana has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Krueger is working away from the top position though. Tehana looking for submissions off his back.
That's one minute gone in the round. Krueger wants to stand up but Tehana has a hold of him and won't allow it. Krueger wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tehana keeps working. Tehana blocking the ground and pound attempt from Krueger. Tehana looking for submissions off his back. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Krueger lands a nice short elbow.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Krueger scoring with strikes to the body and head. Krueger not landing any meaningful shots this time. Tehana is looking to control Krueger's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Tehana avoid being mounted? Krueger is keen to just control but Tehana is a slippery customer. Tehana moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Krueger makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tehana preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Krueger working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Krueger content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Krueger passes Tehana's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Krueger scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Krueger looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Tehana with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Krueger seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Krueger thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Tehana's head. Krueger working the head and body with strikes. Krueger wants to control but Tehana is keeping him busy.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Krueger sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Tehana defending well though. Tehana is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Krueger scores with a couple of nice shots. Krueger drops an elbow to the side of Tehana's head. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Krueger scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Tehana moves into full guard.
Krueger stands and steps away. Tehana gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Krueger takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Tehana showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Krueger.
Krueger fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Freddy Krueger dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Krueger looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Krueger feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Tehana sprawling to the canvas! Tehana rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Krueger finish him?!
Tehana is rocked! Krueger rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tehana moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Oh Tehana is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Tehana tries to clinch up. Tehana lands a nice leg kick that just misses Krueger's sensitive parts. Tehana seems to have got his legs back now. Krueger misses with a jab, cross combination.
Tehana ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Krueger moves away. Krueger lands with an uppercut that bounces Tehana off the cage and back into rage. Tehana tries to clinch but Krueger moves out of range. Tehana changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Krueger tries to avoid it but Tehana manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Krueger to the ground. Krueger escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Krueger misses with a jab, cross combination.
Krueger throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Tehana colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Krueger as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Tehana is left battered and dazed whilst Krueger and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Freddy Krueger!
